Wouldn't it be wonderful to have enough tajine recipes for 21 days without having the same one twice? Well, my friends, you will have it. For the month of June, I am posting a tajine recipe a day for 21 days. What fun, huh?! Tajines are easy and very healthy for you since they are made with fresh ingredients. You and I will be cooking wonderful food together. I can hardly wait to get started. If we are lucky I will try for 30!
